These Terms and Conditions and Notices are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai Courts. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and BRH as a result of this agreement or your use of the BRH Web Sites. You agree that Property of BRH does not fall under the law.
